Cleansing

We are all moving up to 4th & 5th dimensions.

It is time for us to cleanse all that doesn't serve us any longer.

We have to let go of anger, judgement, resistance, doubt, pain,

unforgiveness, guilt.

It is time for us to lighten up and take a next step.

It is a matter of making a decision,

and take a deep breath and let go.

If you are in a situation where you are experiencing anger, frustration,

pain, grief, etc, it is a cleansing process.

Allow the emotions to flow without resistance.

All will pass.

Please remember to respond to the situations from higher consciousness

rather than reacting.

Ask God, Angels, & Beings of Light for assistance

in your healing process.

Only you can heal yourself.

As you become more clear and be who you really are,

the world becomes Lighter and happier.
